Before founding Perspective Consulting in 2016, our CEO, Amy Leslie, spent more than 15 years leading sales and operations teams at companies including Novartis, IKON Office Solutions, Xerox and DeVry, and at the startup ExamSoft. At IKON, she ran a regional professional services P&L, led a team of managers, consultants and software engineers, and became the go-to leader for turning around failing teams. She went on to take ExamSoft into new markets, helping drive record growth, and led Xerox’s business development with the largest school districts in the country. She delivered results everywhere she went, but her 360 feedback showed her the cost: she was pushing people toward goals instead of inspiring them. Finding the Predictive Index’s behavioral science changed how she led. Today, Amy and our team help leaders use those same insights to hire better, build teams that click, grow sales and lead with influence instead of force.
